Mr price Clearwater mall pathetic service

Pathetic service from Mr price in Clearwater mall!!!. I walked into Clearwater mall store on the 24/11/2019 at around about 10am to make a purchase of a t-shirt for an interview the next day at around about 10am. I wanted to pay with my debit card and went to a quick till card only payment till. Payment went through my account but didn't go through on their side with no slip to prove payment from their side. God know how machines like that should be accepted by management if this keeps on happening. I was told to do another transaction and by 24hrs my funds will return into my account for the payment that didn't go through. 24hrs have past I received a call by a sales consultant stating I should come with my bank statement and they will refund with cash. I had to drive 30min to get to Clearwater mall which is out of my way and when I get their they didn't return anything . The consultant was not helpful and says she will see what she can do. Nothing has been returned to my account and this is really frustrating an unexpectable. I mean if we owe then a debit order fee they very quick to blacklist us but when it's the other way around we get no assistance. I'm an really fuming and frustrated right now!!. It is not fear to be treating a job seeker like this our economy is bad every cent counts.
