Mr Price Chatsworth

I WAS RECENTLY AT MR PRICE CHATSWORTH I OPENED AN ACCOUNT AND WAS TOLD SPEND R1500. 00 and you will get a voucher of R300 off. I spent R2500. I went back to return 3 items and due to the store either not having stock or the right sizes, I had R55. 20 deducted off my R300 voucher. The amount of the items that I still have from the purchase adds up to way more than R1500 yet the manager of the store insists that each item has a percentage of the discount. This is unacceptable. I just feel that I have been ******. I want this resolved as there is no reference to this in the terms and conditions or an explanation given by the staff when the voucher was being redeemed.The TCF principal needs to be app**** as Mr Price is an authorized FSP and Treating customers fairly is what is expected. As for the manager he did not even understand the term retail is detail, something is missing in the stores and I guess that some retailers are just forgetting the rule that the customer is king, always right.
