Mr price cellular phoenix
Cellphone Samsung galaxy A05 purchased at Mr Price Cellular at Phoenix Durban on the 27/02/2024. On the 06/08/2024 for the second time I sent the phone in for repairs it comes back not working. Touch was still not working on the device, device was freezing. Mr Price Cellular refused to give me a new phone and insisted on repairing which was never done in the beginning as per my instructions. Customer service was pathetic staff was very rude and refused to help me.
