Mr Price Cellular Insurance ****ty service

Mr Price Cellular insurance is the worst insurance provided I have ever seen. One has to constantly call them and find out status of the insurance claim. I paid in my excess that was required , sent confirmation and called them to ensure that they received it and was assured that my new phone order will be placed and I should have it within 5-7 days and I have not anything from the provider. Called them again as usual since they are not proactive to advise customers if they having any issues and was given this story that the courier company was offline lastweek so there was no tracking number generated which should be resolved soon. If I did not decide to call them clearly they were never going to inform me about this. I'm without a phone for weeks now , what is the purpose of having an insurance that drags their feet when it comes to claims. When all documents have been submitted and details verified is it not simpler to ask the client to go to a MrP shop and get a new phone of the same value as the phone ******.... Yoooh this is a **** inconvinience, if I was aware of your ****py service I would have not taken the plan.
