MR PRICE CELLPHONE INSURANCE ARE ****MERS

Mr price cellular insurance did me dirty. I took the insurance online, I received a call from them I took the insurance which required R50 a month. I was billed with my clothing account monthly. When I was ****** and my phone taken. I went to the store to claim, did everything from police affidavit and stuff. I was not told to keep coming to the store for a follow up, I was told to wait for a call from the insurance company. I waited for months nothing, when I went to the store the person who helped me with the claim was not working there anymore. The new person told me I was supposed to do a follow up which I wasn't told. And when he looked for my email that was sent to the insurance company he couldn't find it, but I came with my papers that I initially claimed with. He said if I was still paying for the insurance I can a lay a new claim. Of which he was told by the insurance people that he called while I was there. He gave them all my information. To my suprise a few days from trying to claim and giving the insurance people my information, my Mr app showed that my cellphone insurance has been cancelled. My biggest suprise is the previous month I paid for it and all of a sudden BOOM cancelled. Well I can't do much now but all I can say is be warned MR PRICE cellular insurance people are BIG ****MERS...........
