Mr Price cellohone department sell lies!!!

I got a contract tablet from Mr Price. Its the worst EVER!!! Stephanie Pillay told me it would be R120pm and its a top up i can load data and airtime when i run out of data or airtime. You cant load anything extra on it! My account every month is over R400 and last month i didnt even use it and they still took R300 and i didnt use it, i took out the sim everything. I called the cellphone department with no sucess. I cant cancel then i have to pay the rest of the months thats left of the contract. You are selling a load of **** and lies to the client. Im a pensioner that cant affort to pay every month R400 thats why a repeatedly asked the lady if i can recharge the sim and she repeatedly told me that i can do so and its only R120pm. VERY VERY DISAPOINTEND
