Mr. Price Cell Phone

I bought a cellphone at the Mr. Price Waterfront store yesterday. The store assistant tried to Rica the sim card, but the system was offline. I was promised by Mambi that the sim will be Rica'd at 5pm yesterday afternoon. I tried to dial the 135 number yesterday afternoon to check if the sim was rica'd but it was not. Today I tried calling the store, but you get through to a call centre after holding forever. While holding you also get a few whatsapp numbers that you can chat to, but no one even replies. I eventually spoke to a consultant who said I need to call Vodacom to try and assist me. I feel that my issue could have been resolved if I could get through to the store
