Mr price Cavendish

Hello. I went into Mr price in Cavendish mall Claremont to exchange a cardigan I have for plus minus two weeks only and it's starting to fluff up, and really now how can I walk around with a cardigan that looks like a 10 year old finished rag cardigan?? They told me they need to find the sku which is going to take a while then they'll put on a gift card. I told the lady ok I'll come back in a few hours time and I left the item with her so that she can find the SKU of the item and then when I come back I don't need to stand in a long que again or wait long. I came back in the few hours and she called me out of the line and spoke to a young man by the name of Brian telling him I'm the lady of the cardigan, he told me he can't take the cardigan back or return or exchange it because I haven't got any proof of purchase , I asked him what must I do with the thing I mean I bought it two weeks ago and look how it looks and again he said he can't do anything about it. What service is that? So how does that make a customer come back to your store? First unhappy with the quality of the item then getting bad service from the store itself. So what should I do with the cardigan? Throw it in the bin?? Or even better, I would appreciate a postal address so that I can post it to you guys and then you can use it as old rags cloths in your homes or workplaces, because clearly it has no use to me any more which is overall a waste of money.
