Mr price cashiers ****med me with a sim card

I opened an account in Johannesburg cbd cnr small and Pritchard Street and I was forced to take a sim card by a cashier and I called the management to intervene but no luck. Today I received a statement with that sim card billed on my account. Me price cashiers ****med me daylight. I'm fed up. I want my money back and cancel this sim card I don't want it.
