MR Price cashier disrespect

So on the 2nd of october me and partner went to Mr Price as he was looking for pair of shorts,found them with a tag written 199.99.we proceeded to the till where it scanned 219.99 told Palesa (PAMAN) was not gonna pay that amount and response was if i dont want to pay that i can leave to shop.Because partner wanted ended up paying that amount.so please advice whose fault is it that a wrong tag was put on more that 10 pairs of shorts and be given a stinking attitude by a cashier.im very dissapointed and fustrated as to y did she feel so free to disrespect infront of my partner and other customers.
