MR PRICE CAN'T SEEM TO LOCATE MY ONLINE ORDER WHICH I PAID FOR!

I placed an order on the 11th August 2020, and I opted to pay the additional R45 for delivery to my house. I called the call centre 3times today, and nobody can give me any details as to why the parcel has not been delivered yet. I am very disappointed as the items that I ordered were initially for drive by party gifts. I placed an additional order on the 19th August 2020, and I received the parcel today, but I still haven't received the order placed on the 11th August 2020. No communication has been sent to me regarding delays with the courier company or Mr price. Will I be getting a refund for the additional R45 I have paid? It's not alot, however, Mr price did not deliver on time, and the agents cannot give me any information regarding my parcel. 2 agents promised to email by COB Friday and today but nothing has been sent to me. What is the point of paying the additional fee or shopping online if Mr Price can't deliver? I am not happy at all!!!
