Mr Price cancels my order and takes my money!!!!

If I could give 0 starts, I would! Absolutely livid! I ordered clothes on the Mr Price App, used be SID Instant EFT option to authorize the payment immediately and R980,89 was immediately deducted from my account on 05/11. The following Tuesday, I tracked my order only to find it was cancelled with no communication from Mr Price. Queried it and apparently my gift voucher was out of funds (but it showed on my app the amount it discounted???). Then my nightmar started. I was asked for POP, I sent various screenshots from my bank notification sms and bank statement. I was then asked what reference I used. I stated numerous times that I used the Instant EFT option which only requests my bank profile number & pin and then authorizes payment. Even sent screenshots of how I paid step by step to your staff (Michelle Lawrence). I was then asked to go to the bank to get a POP. I did that too, the bank printed me the only thing they could from their side (because Instant EFT) and it shows to which account its paid, date and amount and it was stamped by the bank. Sent this to Michelle. Its now a week later since I first queried and after submitting everything I possibly could, I was asked AGAIN what reference I used and then when explaining once again the whole story, advised to go to the bank for a POP!!!! *** Mr Price! I sent you that too!! This is nearly a R1000 that spent for clothes for my kids and now your *********** staff cannot find my payment and its quite clear they have no knowledge of how the app and payment system works!!!! I want this resolved, I will go to the newspapers if I have to! This is my hard earned cash! I want my money back and I will never support your store again!!!
