Mr Price Cancellation Process

I paid off my account and submitted cancellation form in store and didn’t get any communication about my account being cancelled. This was all done over 2 weeks ago. I’ve been trying to call center to track my cancellation but I’m always on hold and sent an email but no one has attended to it. You can’t tell me the account will be cancelled within 24 hours yet I don’t receive any form of communication and your customer care line is bad.
