Mr price cancellation ignored,still been bul**** for sim I don't use

Mr Price Mobile - Cancellation ignored, still being billed for SIM I don't use

I opened a Mr Price account 5 months ago. Shortly after, I was called and offered data and free minutes deal linked to their SIM. I accepted at the time as it sounded like a good deal.

Later I realised I don't need the SIM as I have other options, so I decided to cancel it.

I called Mr Price Mobile customer service to cancel. The agent was very rude, put me on hold for 45 minutes and never came back to me. I then sent an email requesting cancellation and was told the SIM has been cancelled.

To date, I am STILL being billed for the SIM I don't use and was told is cancelled.

> I have proof of the email where they confirmed cancellation. I feel ****med - I am paying for a service I cancelled and do not use.
