Mr price canal walk bad management

Utterly disgusted by the manger (baillie)of Mr price canal walk firstly not good at customer service at all seriously

So I came in 2 the store today 26th December 2019 around 2pm, i see a sign of 2 for 3 in kids section and immediately I start shopping filling my basket even confirming with 1 of the staff members in the kids section with Regards 2 the sale,to my shock however about 15mins later after going through other section in the store then approaching the till the sale isnt coming off ,I tell the cashier there is a sign in the kids department stating a sale and she calls the manager the manager known as Baillie comes and tells me oh the sale ended on the 24th dec ,the more I basically tel him but the sign was up a few mins ago that's y I took al the items in my basket,he says no the sign was takin off 11am the morning already as he personally did it himself clearly making me out a **** infront of other shoppers that are all in the line causing embarrassment I persist and al he says is I'm not going to override the sale , i then showed him I went back to the department and suprize ...the signage is off I then go to one of the ladies in the kids department and she says they just took it off a few mins ago clearly in the time that i was making my way to the till,i then call the other lady in the department very sweet honest girl whom told me in first place when I asked about the sale is a 3 for 2 sale n she goes with me to find this manager and his attitude and body language is so unproffessional like his not evn bothered by what his own staff is saying ,so this girl is telling him that the signs were up a few mins ago and she knows I saw it as she was helping me ,and again al he says is the sale is done I cant override I then ask why do u make me a **** to say you personally took it off 11am this morning and here your own staff is saying it was on jst a few mins ago and I will be calling your head office ...again all he says is I cant overide and just walks away with out apologising or anything wont be doing any shopping at that branch again !
