Mr Price Canal Walk

The Mr Price at Canal Walk, has the worst service. Their assistance to find an online order is beyond pathetic as well as managing the tills. A manager of the store was called to come and look for an order, as she got to the till she said very loudly “why am I here” The staff take half an hour just to get your order and move in a snails pace like they have zero worries in the world. Staff will often walk by you without asking if I’ve been assisted or need any help. They have zero desire you help anyone and do the bare minimum. Truly disappointed with the service as I order from Mr Price often. I’m starting to hate coming to Mr Price Canal Walk because of their disgusting attitude.
