Mr Price call centre and their ********* behaviour
I cancelled a policy through the call centre in March this year, only to find out that the policy was never cancelled. Everytime when I called the call centre they told me it was closed. I also called to reduce the amount on my account and they never did. I'm trying to close and cancel this account and I cannot. I'm in one of their shops and I've been holding for the past 17mins,its 16:45 and their call centre closes at 5pm. What type of service is this?
