Mr Price Call Center

I have been trying to get through to MR Price Call centre and holding on the line between 10-20 is not effecient. All i wanted to do is cancel the lost card and customer protection products. I get transferred to the dept and I hold and I eventually hang up. Left a call me back on the line and no one has contacted me yet. I now see the statement has run and the products are added.
