Mr price

Purchased items online at Mr price order number*** a month ago I'm not happy with the service I got paid extra fee for delivery no delivery made ever since I send emails and called customer care a couple of times inquiring about the status of my order to no vail over the weekend got an email stating my order was delivered. But stil not to me had to call in again complain and now I'm offered a gift voucher. What happened to my order and to the money I paid to for delivery of goods.The poor service I got at Mr Price I'm so disappointed
