Mr price

Last year I received a call from an MRP call centre rep. They advised that I would receive a sim card which will be loaded free of charge. I was not really checking my account, but January 2021 I decided to close off the mr price account I paid all the money which I owed so I still had the mr price app which I linked my mr price account with it when I checked the statement I released that I’m being charged for a SIM card which I have never used that said I should pay 117 and I can’t pay for something which I don’t use and I have been charged since . Please reverse all my payments as I am not even using the service and this was false "adverti*****t and you can also check in your system to show that not even once I have used that sim all I want is my money Back.
