Mr Price

I am paying my account every month and now im being harrassed by sms's, phone calls, emails saying my account is in arreas. I forwarded proof of payment and they still calling me. I received a statement yesterday and there is an oustanding amount, i phoned head office again and they just say i must ignore that my account is up to date. Mr Price, please stop harrassing people without checking their accounts first. Thank you!
