MR PRICE BLUEROUTE MALL (system forever offline )

Good day I would like to report Mr Price in Blue route mall their system for lay-by and accounts is always offline I really do not understand last month my aunt went with a child fitted on her clothes did a whole shopping for an hour only to find that she can’t lay-by or pay with account cause the system is offline then she went again the following week she was then told that lay-byes are done on Mondays last week I took my siblings there to lay-by clothes for December was the system not offline after this whole time of the kids fitting in clothes and tired only to find out that buying with accounts and lay-byes is offline it can never make sense imagine having to leave clothes that took you more than an hour to choose my brother was so upset because he couldn't get most of the things he chose by MRP in other stores this is ********* no everything their system is offline like how does it make sense this is honestly not on Mr Price in Blue route Mall
