MR PRICE | BLACK FRIDAY WINNER

Mr Price phoned me beginning December 2025 to tell me that I won one of the Black Friday competitions held at Mr Price on 28 November 2025. I first thought it was a ****, but they assured me it was not. Before sending any paperwork, I went on their website and internet and emailed their help department to confirm that the person I spoke to and received emails from was indeed from Mr Price and it was confirmed that she works in their marketing department. Later someone else phoned and emailed me and I confirmed with them again that, that person also works for Mr Price, and it was confirmed that he does. So, I sent the paperwork and I have been waiting for the prize money but to date I have not received anything. How do I proceed from here? Was this a **** and, if so, how come Mr Price never once told me that it was after sending a ton of emails back and forth regarding this? I obviously have the names of the people and emails and would like to resolve this either way.
