Mr Price Birch Acres Mall is too disrespectful & disgrace in the retail world
Sunday, 3rd March 2019, my niece was in Tembisa and wanted to go to church but didn't have a skirt or a dress. Luckily, I know Mr Price Birch Acres Mall close to where she visited. I also knew that Mr Price never dissappoint but that has since changed. We decided to go there so that I can buy my niece a nice skirt or dress so that she can go to church. Luckily she got the skirt. I then went to the queue to pay. Couple of minutes as I was on the queue, another lady came and stood infront of me and didn't say a word to me. When we were approaching the cashiers, I couldn't let the lady pay before I can pay. Very fortunate, the store manager was around and asked what's happening. The lady said she booked the queue and informed the lady who was in front of me... I was like really now! Why aren't they telling all customers that they can book the queue and go look for what they want? When I tried to present my version of events, the manager couldn't let me talk but just said "Let's stop wasting time by behaving like kids or stupids". I was like wow wow wow... am I cursed or what to be treated like this on a Sunday? Is it how male customers are treated at Mr Price? Wow wow, does this means "Yellow-Bones" are a priority at Mr Price... I am still disgusted by this service and whenever I see Mr Price emblem, I feel like I can just vomit! With that Manager at Mr Price Birch Acres Mall, customer base of female yellow bones will grow significantly! Let him keep the good job he's doing... I don't care what his ****** name is... Themba or something like that!
