Mr Price being offline

Please please please advise why you guysbsre trading if you are constantly OFFLINE.

So, I should wake up early and get to a branch before 10am because after that your system goes offline.

I bought clothing 2 days before the official lock down. It is clearly now more than 30 days later, will I have difficulties exchanging or refunding my items due to your system issues.
