Mr Price Ba***eng mall ****mers

I received bad service from Mr Price Ba***eng mall. My daughter deposited money at Mr Price on 25 March 2024 and the pin to withdraw the money got blocked. They had to reset the pin for me but my phone was blocked by mtn and I was told to pay mtn first which I did.. But now I'm told by Mr Price that they can't trace the money(1500). I've been sent from pillar to post by staff at Mr Price Ba***eng mall, the staff is not helpful at all they keep calling their call center with no feedback. A guy called Skhumbuzo from the call center was very rude to me yesterday and he said they can't help me.
