Mr price bad service

Ordered clothes from Mr price and one item was missing and I phoned them to report the matter, and they told me they will check with the warehouse and comeback to me after 3-5days and it has passed those days they are quit like it's my fault that the dress was not packed, I'm sending them emails they are saying nothing. Im so hurt and disappointed on them. Because I specifically told them I need that dress before Christmas and calling them takes more than half and hour for them to pick up the call now I'm waisting airtime and my time calling them as if it's my fault. I'm soooo ****ed off and annoyed 😡😡😡😡
