Mr Price - BAD SERVICE

I placed an online order on 12 March for collection at the Paarl Mall branch. The estimated delivery on the email was 17 March. I was at the store on 17 March where I was informed that it was not there yet. When I asked for assistance, I was shouted at by a lady named Tarryn saying it’s not her problem she works for the store not online. I went back on 20 March and still no package. The staff at the store offer no help and are rude when you enquire. Is there no pride in your job when you work for Mr Price or are, they all there just for a salary? If that is the case the top managers of this group should be very concerned. I bought items from your opposition on the same day as I placed this order and received it 3 days later delivered to my address. Mr Price will have to start jacking up their service levels or close the online store completely as your opposition is years ahead of you on this level. The order was collected by the courier on 15 March already. Please explain why I haven’t received it yet.

Let’s hope I get a response. Not holding my breath though
