Mr Price Bad Service 2 month and my order is still not of my account.

On the 25 Nov I place an online order but the site was so busy that the order didn't go through. Therefore i place another order which went through immediately the one order was R50 more because the one order i selected to be delivered at home and the other to collect from the store. The next day i checked and i saw that both orders went through. I immediately cancelled called them to cancel the one order online order . I never received the order which means the order was cancelled but it was never taken off my account. I called them like a month ago and they assured me that the order will be credited to my account within 48 hour. I've been calling Mr Price numerus times but still to date the order have not been taken off my account. I called a Mr price account department today, they transferred me to Mr Price online enquiries. He tried to help but clearly didn't know how accounts work. the more im trying to tell him that there is a R50 difference in the order he just keep telling me that there is only one order with that amount on my account. he got so aggravated that i told him no need to be rude I'm the client he told me its not his job to check my account and that his putting my call through to another department.

Its almost been 2month and my order is still not of my account. Bad service :(
