Mr Price bad customer care .

I'm very much disappointed with Mr Price agents .First of all I phoned to make a payment arrangement which was done and secondly I asked them to help me to cancel the covers I took with them ,they then put me through to the other department.I was holding on the phone until I gave up and this was for the second time this happened to me ,I wasted all my airtime without anyone answering the phone .What annoys me the most is the fact that they phoned me non stop offering me their services by but now that I want to cancel I'm I'm not getting the help I need .I REGRET the day I took an account with them. Their service is very bad 😞
