Mr Price - Bad Attitude
I phoned the call centre this morning to ask about setting up a debit order because the Mr price app is not letting me make a payment.
I don't appreciate the way I got questioned by your staff when I explained my situation.
I have paid my account every month on time, and the one month I have not been able to as YOUR app is not working correctly, I get made to feel like I have committed a crime.
I will pay off my account, and I WILL never use Mr price again if that's how your staff treat loyal customers.
