MR PRICE BAD AT REFUNDING!!!!

Hi,

So i purchased something on the 25th of April 2018, the next day i received a email stating my order has been cancelled.

today is the 7th of May and still no refund!!!!! i spoke to 1 of your agents on the 4th of may who advised my refund was processed on the 2nd of may and that my funds would reflect by Monday the 7th. i called this morning as nothing was reflecting on my side. one of your other agents said it would take 7days after your agent i spoke to last week promised me that i would have it by monday!!!! how pathetic is that. so quick to take my money but paying it back takes forever!!!!!!
