Mr price baby pacifier - CHOKING HAZZARD

I bought a pacifier for my 7 month old at the eastgate shopping centre (mr price baby). Upon my baby taking it, the WHOLE pacifier came loose. Luckilly she did not choke. This is a MASSIVE choking hazzard. I dont even want to think about what COULD have happened if she choked on this pacifier that came apart completely without even sucking onto it. I complained and all they said was it is a serious matter, but here is a R100 voucher.
