Mr Price Atlantis

Terrible customer experience in the Atlantis Mall. Store Manager appears *********** and assistant store manager speaks to customers in a raised tone of voice. Systems went offline and the transaction was deducted from my account. The store manager was going to call me back to verify their cash up against the batch at Head Office and with the bank. Five days later, no call from him, or the customer call centre or the Area Manager which I have specifically asked to speak to. When I called the customer care centre this morning, I was told that they are not allowed to give the mobile numbers of Area Managers. I dont understand the purpose of a customer call centre if they are unable to resolve your queries or complaints or have no escalation process in place for unresolved customer queries. Worst bunch of incompetence I have ever come across.
