Mr price are a ****

Mr price just stole R956.93 from me. ,2days ago i placed an online order on the app. The payment went off but believe me directly after that, they cancelled my order. No order data was found afterwards. No order confirmation..nothing at all. Cant get hold of them. I think they are a **** ant little *******. **********.
