Mr Price app is a ****! ******* that take your money and run!!

I purchased clothes from MRP online on Saturday and all the items where in stock according to the app. I paid for the items using my debit card and the payment was processed. A few seconds later the order was canceled with no email or text message to confirm this. The money was never reversed back to my account I've been calling all their customer service support lines and even sent 2 emails, I filled out the online contact form and till today no one has reached out to me to resolve this matter. I've been calling them the past few days with no one providing me with any solution I even called the store in East Gate mall they promised to get back to me and never did! I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed with mrp I will never shop there again!! The app is such a ****!!
