Mr Price App *****

I placed an order on 9/7/2021 via the online app and made payment with EFT. But the app crashed before redirecting me to complete order. The payment went through however. I queried this on 10/7/2021 and was told it will only reflect after 48hours. Enquired again 0n 13/7/2021 and was given a ref number with promise to receive email within 48hours. No such feedback even after enquiring again on 17/7/2021 and today. Received feedback from my bank that they cannot reverse the payment but neither the numbers nor email for enquiries regarding statements work and Costumer care keeps telling me that the query is at the support team.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIND A PAYMENT with the Proof of payment.

This is *****!! And I warn anyone using the Mr Price app to not use EFT payment option as it is a nightmare to sort out.
