Mr price app

I still cant use the mr price app. They said they have changed my details now. Which I have no proof of what so ever. But everytime I want to buy on the app it says. Ooops something is wrong. Your account and email/cell no doesnt match. The guy and mr price advice me to delete the app and download it from google and not playstore. Which I did but still no change
