Mr. Price and their reckless lending is making my life miserable!

Someone has decided to be bold enough to use identity theft to open an account with Mr. Price, and Mr. Price went ahead and approved the account without verifying the details. This person has seemed to use the money and unfortunately, I have been receiving their receipts upon purchase. I called Mr. Price and told them this was ********** because I did not open the account. They asked me to send my ID copy and affidavit stating that indeed this was not my doing. I did that and sent it to them and now they are all silent on me. I keep trying to call since they're not treating this as an urgent matter and they keep avoiding me. I NEED THIS ACCOUNT OFF MY PROFILE BEFORE I MAKE NOISE ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS!
