MR Price and their ****py service

I know you don't get any class of service in any Mr P shop probably in the whole of SA that's why I opt to shop online. I was desperate and needed a pair of heels for a wedding this weekend. I order on Tuesday and delivery took place on Friday. If I didn't track the order online I probably wouldn't have know as their stupid courier services dropped my parcel at the wrong building - with no notification of delivery, its now the next Monday yet I'm still waiting on a sms or email. This was sill tolerable but when I opened my package to a size 8 shoe *** wears a freaken size 8 GOSH!!! anyways so they send the wrong size ( I ordered a size 4) their packers probably weren't that great in math's. I queried this on their customer care line and the lady further confirmed that I can go into the store in Stellenbosch they have 2 pairs left ( what I was avoiding). Out of desperation I went to find NIKS and had to beg someone to help me. Checked again and there was 3 pairs left at their branch in Paarl. Came their to NIKS once again. I'm utterly disappoint with their service or lack thereof, if it wasn't for their baby brand being so nice, I wouldn't utter this ****py store's name from my mouth. I will not go into another store of yours to fix their mess and seeing that the fault is on their side you will come and collect the shoes replace it with the right size or credit my account, but I will not deal with your hooligan mentality of service delivery.
