Mr price and technology

Staff are forced to use technology they do not understand. Its ridiculous . Ive been instore for a horribly long time. Staff is *********** and unable to do simple tasks because they are chasing a target set by upper level . Its just stupid to have all the fancy technology and nobody understands how to use it . Its a waste of my time and theirs . Futhermore the staff is very unprofessional always having conversations behind the counter whilst they have customers infront of them. Its always a bad experience.
