Mr price and on the Dot failed delivery

I purchased clothing at Mr Price on Monday and the delivery details state that my items are supposed to be delivered by friday the 4th of March however it’s past 7 in the evening and still they haven’t showed up, this type of service is beyond appoling especially for something that you paid for. The worst part of all of this is that the customer service team is apparently closed by 5pm yet there’s no maximum time stated in the delivery message for when latest I should be expecting my order today or at least a number that I can maybe call if I don’t receive my order past the call centre time slot. This is extremely bad service.
