Mr Price and MARK BLAIR useless services

Doesn't look like I'm getting my orders this month , how disappointing , and no matter how much we as customers complain Mr price doesn't do a thing , even though we pay for our orders to be delivered within 2 to 3 working days as per store express , paid and everything and you'll refuse for the orders to be delivered on time , I ordered from other clothing stores online and not once have I experienced this kind of ******* service that not even complaining helps.. Not even the CEO of Mr price does a thing about this bad service delivery with online orders , why must we struggle. I just want my orders If this continues this bad service I don't think I will be supporting mr price any longer

I would like my orders to be delivered by tomorrow.
