Mr Price always make sure they excel on disappointing!!!!!!!!!!

So I bought a hoodie from Mr Price Pinetown branch and I only wore it twice and it was damaged all over in an unbearable way ,unfortunately I lost the slip but I believed since they know their products and plus iam regular customer to their store I thought they will be fair to me but instead the store manager chose speak harshly with me in front of other customers. The hoodie quality was way too poor and had to keep it and be stuck with it because as the manager clearly stated they can’t trust me if I really bought it 2months ago and I found that really offensive because I shop with them from month to month .

I politely asked her ,if I bought it last November does it suppose to be like that because she literally saw it that that hoodie is completely damaged,she had a gut to say ‘no’ but still she can’t give me an exchange as I told her that I don’t want money to exchange with something else????? iam so disappointed with Mr Price their quality of their products as well as their customer service
