MR Price allow ***** and they won't help as long as it is profit to them

Last month I wrote a review on Mr price where the open a contract for vodacom, I asked them to cancel the contract because I don't know who opened it and who receives that airtime, I am using MTN. Mr Price left that contract open they still giving the person they say sounded like a man the airtime on my credit, I tried geting affidavit from police they said they need a letter from mr price to say that this is ***** and mr price need affidavit from police station to prove this is *****, yet they did put notes on their system that the person who called sounded like a man. To everyone out there stay as far as possible from MR Price they motivate ***** they do not help you as long as they are making money and gaining profit out of you. Now I am trying to get lump some to pay off the account so I could close it once, I am so hurt and I hope people read this and make sure they do not associate themselves with this store
