Mr Price Alberton city mall staff member refers to customers tomers as ******s

I was just at Mr Price Alberton City and one of the staff members by the name of Pumla just referred to customers as ******s. I will be closing my account with the group because i cannot spend my money on stores that dont train staff on customers service.
