Mr price admin like usual useless.

I have now send a form to cancel my account 4 times already. Sins the last incident with mr price not picking up my payments blaming me meantime they had technical issues i have been trying to cancel my account. I am paid up in full fill the form in the people send the fax of and then end of the month i get a new statement with another R17 of charges added.

We cant close your account you still ow us money is what i get. Yes i know because you dont close the account and then add more protection plans to the account that i never asked for again. I have called before to remove this so called protection plans eventually giving up. Exactly what you want.

Regardless i am trying to close my account but now ow R17 again. I went to Mr price sport on the 01/09/2019 paid my account and filled in the form to cancel the account. Lady faxed it through and i walked away. Just to get another statement saying i did not pay my account and i ow money again.

Went in again on 3 November 2019 to Mr price Table view asked what balance is due. Lady said seventy od rand. I paid and asked to please cancel the account again. I filled in the form and she faxed it off. she then said i must destroy the card- i did this in front of her and broke the card in lots of pieces. This transaction again shows on my account.

I went to the shop and asked if i can get video evidence only saying they are not allowed to give out video info and they don't have access to the video footage. what is it not allowed or don't have access.

Now i got another statement today saying i am in arrears again with R17

Just close the account i refuse to pay another cent to you guys. I am done with you.

Close the account i have been asking for 4 months to close the account. Somebody needs to do their job.
