Mr Price Admin FAIL

Their admin is the worst, I have had my cellphone number for + years, now suddenly Ms Lerato............ is using this number, not paying her account, so now I get all the demands and even warnings, THE DEBT COLLECTOR TELLS ME TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE CREDIT BUROUGH, How can I do this with no client info
