Mr Price ACS wrong contact info ... extremely and unprofessional

Over the past couple of weeks, I have received calls from MR Price ACS. They keep asking for a Johanna *******. I keep informing them that they have the wrong number and to please update their info. Today, I had a Sherrill contact me, I again informed them of the wrong information. Sherrill then proceeded to get very aggressive and the tone used was not acceptable. I asked for her Name, she was not friendly and again, tone was not acceptable. I asked to speak to her supervisor, again, Wrong tone, aggresive, told me she could not help me and suggested I call the call centre on ***.

I call this number, got through to a Stacey who agreed to transfer me, more than 4 minutes later, I hung up.

I am not happy, I feel this issue should be addressed. I was polite an courteous, I did not need to be treated like this.

Mr Price ... I know you are better than this employee.
