Mr Price accounts dept should close down

<p>This morning Mr Price accounts department called my manager thinking it was me shouting and screaming at her for payment . This lady didn't even let my manager to talk and say it wasn't me . Eventually my manager gave me the phone and this lady started to scream and shout at me for payment yet my account is always paid every month on time I do not appreciate. I clearly told this lady not to call the landline again after she told my manager off which was really dumb of this call centre women . She said she can call wherever she wants and she doesnt care.This lady had no respect and didn't even let me talk cause she was scream for payment yet my account is up to date that I had to put the phone down. A lady like this should be fired . The same thing happened to my mum on Friday yet she account is up to date . Is Mr price staff too stupid and *********** to work in accounts . This is really sad for a loyal client . I want answers from management soon or else il take this matte further . </p> <p>My cell is ***</p>
